A simple portrait is a black and white pastel pencil drawing of one subject with no background.
Complex portraits are the same as above, but with a second subject or a detailed background.

House Portrait Rates
House portraits include a lot more detail than other portraits and take longer to create. This attention to detail makes them a cost a bit more and means they are not available in smaller sizes.
